Daily Care & Cleaning
After each wear, wipe the necklace with a soft, dry microfiber or jewelry cloth, paying attention to both pearls and chain to remove oils and residue.

- Put on after applying perfume, lotion, or hairspray, as pearls and plating are sensitive to chemicals.
- Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising.
- Store laid flat in a soft pouch, separate from other jewelry to prevent scratching or tangling.
For Occasional Deeper Cleaning:
- Lightly dampen a soft cloth with clean water only (no soap).
- Gently wipe pearls and metal surfaces.
- Pat dry and allow to air dry completely before storing.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
